REFUND POLICY

CONG TRINH NETTING CO., LTD

1. General Principles

This refund policy is designed to ensure the rights of customers purchasing products from Cong Trinh Netting Co., Ltd. We are committed to handling refund requests promptly, transparently, and in accordance with our policy.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund

Customers are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing faults or damaged during transportation;

  • The delivered product does not match the order in terms of type, size, or quantity;

  • The order cannot be delivered on time as promised, and the customer no longer wishes to receive it;

  • The product is out of stock after the customer has completed payment.

3. Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product remains in its original condition (unused and not installed);

  • The refund request is submitted within 03 days of receiving the product;

  • The customer must provide complete information and supporting images related to the product in question.

4. Refund Methods

Once the refund request is verified and approved, we will process the refund via one of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer to the account provided by the customer;

  • Or conversion into a discount voucher for future purchases (upon customer’s agreement).

Processing time: Refunds will be completed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of receiving a valid request.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The customer changes their mind and no longer wants the product without any faults;

  • The product has been used, installed, or applied;

  • The product is damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
