Net Production Process

– Extrusion (Yarn Drawing)
From high-quality plastic pellets, processed through advanced machinery and technology, durable net yarns are produced. Each type of colored pellet creates yarns in the corresponding color. Notably, these pellets are colorfast and resistant to fading.

– Net Weaving
After the yarn spools are prepared, they are installed in weaving machines to produce net sheets with the correct width, size, and technical specifications according to the machine standards.

– Packaging
Finished net rolls are taken from the weaving machines and packaged with suitable materials, depending on the type of net.

– Storage
The carefully packaged rolls are systematically arranged on warehouse shelving systems for safe storage.

– Processing & Finishing
The processing department customizes the nets according to customer requirements, which may include cutting to size, hemming, eyeleting, and other finishing techniques.
