Net Production Process

- Extrusion (Fiber Drawing)
High-quality plastic granules are processed through modern machinery and production lines to produce durable, high-strength net fibers. Each colored plastic granule generates fibers of the corresponding color. Notably, these granules are designed to be fade-resistant.

- Net Weaving
Once the spools of net yarn are prepared, they are loaded into automated weaving machines to create net sheets with standard sizes, dimensions, and specifications.

- Packaging
Completed net rolls are released from the weaving machines and packaged using appropriate packaging materials depending on the type of net.

- Storage
After packaging, the net rolls are carefully stored on shelving systems in the factory’s dedicated warehouse facilities.

- Processing (Customization)
Our processing department customizes nets based on customer requirements, including cutting to size, hemming, eyelet punching, and more.
