For international customers, we support shipping under various Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.
Depending on the customer's location and order volume, we offer flexible delivery methods:
🚚 Local and nearby city deliveries: Via company trucks or express delivery services.
🚛 Provincial and long-distance deliveries: Through freight companies, transport hubs, or logistics providers such as Viettel Post, GHTK, GHN, etc.
📦 International deliveries: Through global logistics partners like DHL, UPS, or via sea/air freight.
Urban and nearby areas: 1–3 working days
Remote and rural areas: 3–5 working days
Export orders: Based on shipping schedules and export conditions
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on weather, holidays, or other external factors.
Free shipping for high-value orders or under specific promotional programs.
For other orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on distance, weight, and shipping method, and clearly communicated during order confirmation.
