Production process of the net

• Yarn extrusion: High-quality plastic pellets are processed through advanced machinery to produce durable net yarns. Each colored plastic pellet yields yarns of matching color, with anti-fade properties.

• Net weaving: The yarn spools are installed on weaving machines to produce net sheets in standard widths, sizes, and specifications.

• Packaging: Finished net rolls are taken from the weaving machine and packed using packaging appropriate for each type of net.

• Storage: After careful packaging, net rolls are arranged on warehouse shelving systems for storage.

• Processing: The net is further processed according to customer requirements, including cutting to size, hemming, and adding eyelets.
