Net Production Process

• Extrusion: High-quality plastic pellets are processed through modern equipment to produce durable monofilament threads. Each color pellet produces mesh thread of matching tone with long-lasting, non-fading characteristics.

• Weaving: The threads are loaded into weaving machines and processed into mesh rolls according to standard widths and specifications.

• Packing: Finished rolls are packed in material-appropriate packaging tailored to each mesh type.

• Storage: Packaged mesh rolls are organized on shelving systems in the company’s warehouse.

• Fabrication: Our fabrication unit customizes nets based on client requirements, including cutting to size, edge hemming, eyelet punching, etc.
