From August 16 to 18, 2024, Luoi Cong Trinh organized a company retreat combined with teambuilding activities in Dalat for all staff and employees, as a way to celebrate and show appreciation after a year of hard work. This annual event is not only a chance for everyone to rest and recharge after busy working days, but also a valuable opportunity to strengthen teamwork and foster deeper connections among colleagues.

During the three days in Dalat, our team participated in a variety of fun, engaging, and meaningful teambuilding challenges. Each activity was carefully designed to spark team spirit, improve collaboration and problem-solving skills, while creating memorable and joyful moments together.

In addition to teambuilding activities, employees also had free time to explore the natural beauty of Dalat. They visited iconic landmarks such as Lam Vien Square, Tuyen Lam Lake, Datanla Waterfall, and enjoyed local specialties of this charming "City of Dreams". These moments not only provided relaxation but also created opportunities for team members to share everyday stories and connect on a more personal level.

This year’s company trip and teambuilding event wrapped up with many wonderful memories and heartfelt emotions. It served as a powerful motivation for every employee to keep striving in their roles, working together to help Luoi Cong Trinh grow stronger and achieve even greater success in the future.
