Net Production Process

1. Yarn Extrusion
High-quality plastic pellets are processed through advanced machinery to produce the strongest, most durable netting yarns. Each colored pellet yields a corresponding yarn, and these materials are colorfast.

2. Net Weaving
Once the yarns are ready, they are loaded into weaving machines to produce nets in standard widths and sizes.

3. Packaging
Finished nets are rolled and packed using packaging materials tailored to each type of net.

4. Storage
After packaging, the rolls are carefully stacked on racking systems in the factory's warehouse for organized storage.

5. Custom Processing
The nets are then processed to meet customer requirements—cut to size, edge-seamed, eyelet-punched, etc.
